COVID-19 Response

A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Forum Plastics remains open and operating as one of Connecticut’s essential businesses. We are actively employing our training, staying calm during the chaos, while managing resources and providing leadership in this VUCA environment.

Our primary concern is the health and safety of our associates. Through weekly hospital grade disinfecting, additional cleaning staff, flexible working from home schedules, remote meetings, staggered breaks, separation of people in manufacturing, and wearing face coverings in our public spaces, we constantly evolve and enhance our strategies to keep our associates safe.

Forum remains committed to providing products to our customers and honoring our obligations to our suppliers. With the backing of our parent company, Squadron Capital, we have immediate access to additional financial resources if needed.

We are implementing our strategic plan, investing in our people, technology, and equipment to improve our capabilities and efficiencies. Through these investments and our activity in the local community we are supporting people, companies, and industries that depend on us for their livelihood.

Communication with our associates is purposeful and frequent, through e-mail, text, meetings, and signs in the facility we are encouraging frequent hand washing, social distancing, and sharing new information while addressing any concerns.

If at any point, there is a status change that effects our customers or suppliers we will communicate in the most efficient way possible and work collaboratively to provide the best solution.

We appreciate the personal communication and well wishes, and believe our company and relationships will continue to grow stronger as we move forward.

Thanks,

Mark
